We believe individuals, teams, and entire organizations have the power to improve what they do and how they do it.  Many consulting firms analyze what clients do and provide them with a list of recommendations.  Or, they help craft a plan without support to both implement and monitor that plan. Not us. We jump right into the work with our clients.  We help clients plan, but more importantly, we help them execute and monitor their plan.
