We believe all educators need a consistent and logical focus by which to approach their work -- less is often so much more.  We work with our clients to narrow the improvement focus to something that is actionable, and when possible, combine workflows.  In other words, we want to ensure a variety of stakeholders have common goals, data references, and language to address complex system challenges.
